a system that allows the maxillary sinus to be raised in a gradual and atraumatic way up to a height of 12 mm above the initial situation, with a simple, rapid and safe technique, performed in guided surgery.
SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS:
all rotating instruments are guided inside the surgical template thanks to the presence of guide bushings, available in different sizes and incorporated inside the template itself.
