MILLING & PRINTING CENTER
The Digital Atelier can, starting from files sent by customers or from files designed internally:
• print 3D models , with or without insertion of implant analogues;
• mill individual prosthetic structures in various materials;
• produce individual prosthetic structures using laser sintering techniques;
produce surgical masks, including collapsible ones;
• the precision of the products is guaranteed by quality control carried out by specialized dental technicians.
THE TECHNOLOGIES USED
The Milling Center uses:
• cutting-edge milling machines for the creation of extremely precise, reproducible, passive and reliable rehabilitations;
• printers among the most reliable and precise on the market;
• latest generation laser sintering machines , which guarantee non-contamination of the powders, the absence of voids and the maximum density of the products.
